Constitutionally-mandated to exercise administrative and operational supervision over the Philippine National Police (PNP), NAPOLCOM is authorized to investigate, adjudicate, and pay disability and death benefits, as well as scholarship assistance benefit to all surviving children of deceased or permanently incapacitated members of the PNP.
