During the discussion, the Regional Director underscored the importance of proactive and adaptive governance to ensure the agency’s continuous improvement and strengthened public service delivery. As part of the deliberation, the Commission identified the following strategic objectives to be achieved within the next five years: 1. Modernized Digital Transformation and Information Communication Technology (ICT) Systems; 2. Strengthened Community and Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Collaboration; 3.
